When are items shipped?
All orders are process and dispatch from our warehouse less than 1 to 3 days after the order is place. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $59 and our standard shipping fees is $4.99.
When will I receive my order?
We will verify order, quality check and packaging. After the process, we will then sent out your order within 1 to 3 days. International delivery usually takes about 2 to 5 weeks to arrive at their destination, but may take longer time to arrive due to distance traveled, customs, weather and local delivery standards.
What currency are the items listed in?
Our prices are all in USD, and the charges to your account will be in USD as well.
Which payment method do you accept?

Is it safe to make orders on the website?
Yes, the transmitted data is encrypted by SSL. Only after the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged. Otherwise the payment will be cancelled.
Do I receive an invoice with my order?
An electronic invoice is generated with your order. You will receive an email with your order details after placing your order and payment is made. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an order conformation email from us.
Can I cancel my order?
To offer prompt shipping, an order once placed goes into the order processing immediately. Therefore, order once placed may not be cancelled.
What is your return policy?
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship are in perfect condition. If your item(s) are defect or damage, please Contact Us to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item for exchange or refund.
